Do students need an account?
No. Only each teacher has a seat. Students open the recap from a link, with nothing to install.
What about students’ privacy?
The full recording is deleted from the server as soon as the song clips are cut. Zenzey never trains models on rehearsals, doesn’t try to recognize who is speaking, and the recap is read only by whoever has the link.
What happens if a teacher leaves?
You remove their seat from the dashboard and give it to someone else. The ensembles, their repertoire and their recaps stay with the school.
What happens if we run out of hours?
The pool comes with a 10% margin. If it still runs out, recording pauses until next month, and the dashboard shows what’s left at all times. If you need more, write to us and we add hours.
What if it’s a single ensemble?
A teacher with one ensemble can use Pro, bought inside the app. Organization is for several ensembles, each with its teacher: the web dashboard, the shared pool of hours and the history kept by the school, from 4 teachers.
