Zenzey is an app by Dustkey LLC. You can delete your account whenever you want, from the app or by writing to us.
From the app
- Open Zenzey and go to Profile.
- Tap Delete my account and confirm.
Deletion is immediate and can't be undone. You get an email confirming it.
Without the app
If you already uninstalled it, write to info@dustkey.com from the email you sign in to Zenzey with, with the subject "Delete my account". We delete it and reply once it's done.
What gets deleted
- Your account and profile: email, name and photo.
- All your sessions: any remaining audio, the transcripts, the recaps, the clips of each song and the photos.
- The links you shared recaps with, which stop opening.
- Your place in the bands you were part of, and any band left with nobody in it.
The copy the app keeps on your phone goes away when you uninstall it or delete each session.
What is kept
If you had a subscription, the purchase record is kept by the store you paid through (Google Play or the App Store) and by RevenueCat, which manages subscriptions, under their own policies. That record contains no audio, recaps or photos.
Deleting your account doesn't cancel your subscription. Cancel it first in the store: on Google Play, from Subscriptions; on iPhone, from your Apple account settings.
